Order fulfillment:

Orders placed Monday-Friday by noon will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after noon on Friday or on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping dates do not include Simpson's holiday schedule and winter break.

Returns & Exchanges:

Exchanges will be accepted on any product in the original condition for another size or like price item.

Any fees are at the expense of the customer. 

Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Receipt and tags must be included. If shipping your return to us, all expenses are paid by the customer. Sales on clearance items are final; no refunds will be permitted.
